1. Who we are
This website, premierkitchen.shop (the "Site"), is operated by Premier Kitchen ("we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at support@premierkitchen.shop.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Site and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy.
4. Our platform and payments
Our store runs on Shopify. Payments are handled by the payment providers shown at checkout. We don't store your full card number. Those payment services may have their own terms.
5. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products accurately. However:
- Colors may look different on different screens.
- Measurements and capacities are approximate.
- Packaging may differ from the images shown.
If an item you receive isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it under our Refund and Return Policy.
Brand names that appear on the Site belong to their owners. Unless a product page says so, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any other brand.
6. Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, availability and promotions can change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, and any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we'll let you know. If we can't fulfill your order (for example, an item becomes unavailable), we'll tell you and refund you for anything we can't ship.
7. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, can't verify payment, or can't ship to the address. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
8. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. If a package is lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund it as described in that policy.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations and claims for damaged, defective or wrong items are covered by our Refund and Return Policy. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster.
10. Using products safely
Please read and follow the instructions, warnings and care labels that come with your products, especially for knives and other sharp tools, electrical items and items that contain batteries. Some products may carry a California Proposition 65 warning, which we show on the product page where we have it.
11. Warranties
Some products come with a manufacturer's warranty, as stated on the product page. Apart from that, and except where the law doesn't allow it, products are provided "as is", and we don't make any other promises about them beyond what's written on the product page and in our policies. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under consumer protection law.
12. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Using the Site
Please don't misuse the Site: for example, don't try to hack it, interfere with how it works, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything illegal. Content on the Site, including text, images, and our name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
